    its zenki time..

right its about time, been on here a while now.

some of you have seen the car, now its time for a project thread.

2 years ago i bought this p reg 14 for the pricey sum of 1900 quid , fairly neat, spent an age with Mark_D off here looking over it. ended up buying it

as you can see its not bad apart from 4 things... but il get to that later.

fast foreward to the present and a few little changes have happened..

    current spec,

    p reg sr20 det
    102000m
    1.9mm headgasket... whatttt
    lightweight flywheel
    ngk 7's
    walbro
    braided turbo lines
    apex type 1 fmic
    h-dev recirc
    splitfire coilpacks
    driftworks cs1's
    driftworks camber arms
    gt28r
3 inch turbo back to decatted nur spec
    56mm ally rad
    zenki rear bumper
    kouki side skirts
    clear front and corner indicators
    catch tank
    wind deflectors
thats all i can think of atm.

after somehow managing to flog the rx8 wheels and rolling on standards for a while these arrived...

    pleased to say the least

    work emotion xd9's 18x10 rears et 18 with falken 452 235 40 18
    18x9 fronts et20 again with falkens 225 40 18.

Before attempting to roll my arches this happened...

yup an arch made of filler and fiberglass.

sorted this out at a cost, and then pablo worked his magic rolling skills, well arch rolling at least

now i dont have any more pics as it currently sits cos im such a lazy git, but here is one, bit shit tho

ordered an avcr the other day and am waiting for it to arrive, as well as being in the middle of fitting r33 gtst calipers with 330 disks and some project mu hc plus pads.

on a quick note i also went to the weekender at donington park. took it on my first track session ever and it survived.
    quick pic thanks to daz

updates and pictures to follow... mostly avcr and stage 1 powers.

    and yet to be dyno'd

    cheers

    Mark

Looks good. I had the same sort of bodged arches on my car. I just pulled it and it all came off!

Seeing as its 2015 now, its about time i gave an update. After falling in and out of love with it for the last year, i finally got round to doing some work on her. Missing some pictures but in the last 6 months i have managed to fit :

    navan front bumper
    stage 2a'd
    z32 rear brakes
    de wipered
fully pollybushed and powdercoated rear subframe/rear knuckles/arms
    roll center rear ball joint
    air con removed
    Nardi deep corn
in the middle of a new intercooler install. high mounted

Hopefully get off my arse this year and get the car to the standard i want. Few problems as in turbo smokes on boost in second gear and it needing some welding. Toying with the idea of getting a welder to fix it myself, not sure just yet.

Will get some more up to date pictures soon, but for the meantime heres a couple..

Managed to insure her today so all i need is to get her running again then an mot

Apologies for no photos of complete car, coming soon!

    All for now!
