    Recommend a movie

basically im bored want something to watch
i like zombie vampire ghost stuff
theres a film in trying to remember, not a vampire but a girl is hired to babysit in this big house, and someone starts calling then breaks in the house its not a massively old film id say 5 years at the most, im fairly sure the twist is that there was no baby to sit? i may be getting films crossed
but i like that sort of thing too, (strange considering my previous thread i thought id say it before sideways did)

    any suggestions

That paranormal activity two was a whiiiile waste of time, it took 1hr and 20mins before anything happened....and then when it did it only lasted about 10 mins haha
    Love 28 days later though!

I've been trying to find some films in this genre the last while too so keep the suggestions coming!

I watched Land of the Dead the other night ... if you can find a copy of this ..... THEN FCUKING BURN IT !!!

wtf was George A. Romero thinking ...... I love my zombie movies, but christ on a stick, self aware zombies that have feelings .. gnnnn, ok the blood and ripping bodies apart was still cool, but the story and the complete lack of realism (for the dead walking about) made it practically unwatchable.

Then again if you like Waterworld, Max max 3 and other bad post apocalyptic films you might love it .... personally I found it painful and embarrassed for Dennis hopper having appeared in it

Thought I'd bump this as I watched the Worlds Fastest Indian (2005) last night and really enjoyed it, highly recommended
(any film where the main star makes his own pistons is worth a watch)

Going to give Hangover part II a bash tonight

    Any other reccomendations?

I watched Unthinkable(2010) in the week with Samuel L Jackson. One of the best films I've seen in a long time. Highly recommended.

After watching the breakfast news, John Landis was on it plugging his new book and they showed a clip of American Werewolf in London, which has just been remastered for Blu-Ray.

Am really tempted to buy it to watch for Halloween as I did enjoy it when I first watched it (was probably only about 12 )
