Impressed again by Sky Insurance
Seriously, you guys are amazing.
I go on the website and request a callback. Within about 30 minutes one of your operators calls me up (its the sales line), i say im an existing customer and he immediately puts me through to the appropriate dept. 30 secs on hold and im through, hand over my details, jobs a goodun, 'Mr.McDonald how can i help you today?'
I want to change my address, just a postcode and number, he checks to make sure with someone that it doesnt change anything (again less than 30 secs), no change, and thats it! I had to ask about 5 times to make sure there wasnt some admin fee or something fee for the change, nope nothing.
So less than 5 mins after they called im all swapped over.

This is why I always stay with Sky.. there's never any faffing about!

I have just changed from Flux to Sky as they were significantly cheaper, friendly and less hassle.
Flux were always pretty good and didn't give me too much grief when I had the S14 claim but couldn't match Sky this time.
