    Another f**k up from flux

    Received an email yesterday from Adrian flux saying that they've cancelled my policy and that I owe them £111.74. No explanation of why in the message though, so after 32 mins on hold I got through to someone.
    Reason they cancelled it was they said I had not returned any documents (modified vehicle report) when I told the girl I had returned it twice by fax and once by recorded delivery she said they hadn't had them. I them proceeded to read her a letter that I got sent through last month from Adrian flux which basically said thank you for returning all the documents.
    She was not having any of it though and basically told me that I couldn't have had a letter as her computer said "no" I asked if they'd like a copy of the letter they sent me, again they said no.
    So there's nothing they can do it's my fault they've cancelled it because I've not returned any documents even though i have and they have confirmed they have.

    What a bunch of cS

    So after 3 hours of ringing around I've reinsured it with someone else.

    Did you ask to speak to management rather than a jobsworth? I often find that first line of communication is the bottom line in decision making and they work from a script and a ridged set of instructions without the intellegence or authorisation to deviate from what the computer says no matter what evidence is presented to them.

    Thats proper homo. Theres a guy on here AF though who will no doubt come along and offer you a million dollars to make you happy again though.

    I asked a gazillion times to speak to a manager, when i did they said there was nothing they could do it, had been cancelled and they couldn't reinstate it, they did offer to set a new policy up for me though....

    Wait for it....

    £740 that's £165 more than what I was paying anyway! They basically told me that they couldn't match my policy that they cancelled (taken out 6weeks ago) even though it was there f**k up.

    What a joke! I always stuck up a bit for them as ive been with them for 6 years. Not any more though!
