I was hinting at the fact that its another unfinished project (even though he doesn't describe it as such) and so the "stick of ban" must be looming ominously.

Hey Dan, thought it best to keep these questions here rather than on your FS thread:

What ratio Final Drive does it have currently, the S13 manual 3.916? If so, the only real alternatives in the R200 range are the 3.692 from the Manual S14 or the 3.357 from the Auto 350Z for making it longer, am I right?

What Final Drive ratio did it come with as standard (the BMW one) & what are the tuning/remapping/chipping options for this BMW ECU do you know?

S13 Manual diff at present The 350Z diff would help alot

Final drive for the BMW is 2.65, as for mapping, loads of options. A basic map would take you to 170bhp and 340N/M of torque:-

Although custom map may be better as it has a larger I/C etc

This is an excellent project very well done! I'd love to see this done with the new diesel engines. The 535d twin turbo would be interesting.

IIRC, this project was sold to Ghazoobe who had DAL do a load of work to get it roadworthy.

It was then found to be massively revvy for very few mph due to the diff and was sold to someone who (sensibly IMO) removed the diseasal lump and put a CA back in it.
