    I may have missed something but are you genuinely pissey that he has an SR in an alpha?

    This car is awesome. It's got the looks. And the performance. Shame the sr is not that good in the noise department but it's still a fecking good engine. I've always wanted a classic car and then put a modern engine in it like this. Win win as far as I'm concerned. Well done dude on the feature. I just got the mag yesterday.

    i am yes ( in a semi serious sort of way )

    the heart of an alfa is the engine. it's what gives it it's soul and the sr20 has absolutely zero of that imho. it sounds like a sewing machine on crack and for me detracts a little.

    the car is awesome but i would rather see an alfa v6 or i4 in there than the sr.

    all personal choice and opinion

    im not a fan of alfas, or fiats or anything italian apart from their supercars but omg this thread is epic, anymore updates or pics of the engine bay and exterior of the car? keep up the good work, i love reading something different which this certainly is
