I added the vents to the front of the car and put cowling around the rad and this improved matters hugely. It hasn't been warm enough to test properly but no issues on the motorway in current Autumnal temps. Trackdays may be a different matter though. The rad is the original Alfa one cut down and modified and one of my winter projects will be to replace with a nice high efficiency Aluminium one.
I am off down to Taunton and Exeter this weekend so another test coming.

Just read this from start to finish - awesome work my friend. May see you in Taunton/Exeter this weekend.
I passed an "originale" model of your car on the motorway in Dublin here the other evening, it was in red, in near-mint condition (small ding in an odd place on the bootlid), & thought of yours! Was thinking "wouldn't it be great if there was an FMIC buried in behind that grill..."

Car is off the road at the moment getting it's winter upgrades
- refitting the manifold after having the crack welded up
- a new custom aluminium radiator
- more soundproofing
- upgrading the LSD (If I have any money left)
Then finding someone to give it a new paint job.

Hi Sir,
I'm interested about the fuel tank (same car) and contact Bryan about it, but he doesn't have any dimensions of it.
Do you still have the template you manufactured or any kind of dimensions of it in order to assist.
I really appreciate any kind of help..
Kind Regards
George
