I think Dauer did a bare Carbon Fibre road going 962 for people who like that kind of thing, or it may have been Schuppen.

Dauer 962 as far as I remember was REAL 962s modified to make them road legal

Good shout sambo, cls is by far my favourite merc. I was quite suprised recently by how cheap they'd got. Its definately on my list of potentials.
