    yeah it was, i originally moved the diff heat exchanger rearwards to the bumper, but took some inspiration from a pic i once saw of of an R34 nismo Nur special edition where the heat exchanger hung low from below the diff itself, so i decided to make a feature of it and moved it here;

    the fans that sit between the diff pump and the heat exchanger fire up at a pre-set temp along with the pump, and still cool at low speeds/stationary.

    The rear carbon spoiler also developed from a generic high mount wing, but i got bored of the 'ricer' wing look, and as ive always been a big fan of the hardcore nascar look, i just chopped off the front edge of the wing and profiled it to fit almost verticaly on the boot;

    Although its not as 'drag co-efficient' as an aerofoil wing i prefer the more hard edge look!

    I really like what you've done with the headlights and air filter. Guessing they're motorbike lights for street bikes/choppers. Looks aggresive and certainly looks like the filter gets a nice air feed.

    I'm not a massive fan of the big arches, personally I think it ruins the sleek, coupe look but hats off for doing what you've wanted with it. Think you need some wheels with a better offset to fill them more and reduce what looks like neagtive camber at the rear.

    The colour's nice and the black/carbon details sit really well.

    Hopefully see you at a show this year as I'd love to have a closer look.

    The car did indeed used to have some bigger offset wheels, they were -22!! but they were 20" and too darn heavy and tyre choice is sh*t and expensive! lol

    The current wheels are equivalent to -15 but are only just wide enough, the car is after all 150mm wider than standard!!

    Dont you mean the rears look like POSITIVE camber? Negative is when the wheels lean in together at the top.
    They're actually set at 0deg in the pics as it was set for traction at Avon park (shakespeare raceway). I normally run neg1.7deg at the rear for trackwork.

    I certainly know where you're coming from with the big heavy wheel comment. I used to have pimpalicious chrome things and they weighed a ton. It felt like I gained an extra 50bhp when I put some lighter wheels on.

    Positive's what I meant, sorry. Yeah you don't need massive amounts of neg camber unless you're trying to tuck stupidly wide wheels and want to go for looks over performance. It just looked like they were going out slightely in one of the pics but it's probably just a weird shot. Good to hear that it gets used properly.

    Thanks!
    The front arches are cut and bent out, then fiberglassed and filled to produce the shape, the rears have an aluminium back bone riveted to the rear quarter then glassed and filled too.

    The front bumper is just pushed out at the sides with a colour coded alu plate at the top to fill the gap and some alu brackets to hold out the bottom! (plus some other tweaks obviously!!)

    And the splitter.....Good old reliable plywood! that replaces the cooling panel and stretches back to the gearbox.
