Well I've finally got the bodywork upgrades off to a start by fitting my Ings+ skirts and a VTX rear bumper! I'm so pleased with the results!

All these pics are from Japfest (which was awesome and very well organised on the SXOCs part ) as I only fit them the night before! I'm looking to add a flat splitter to the front to finish it off!

so yea my car now looks good from the rear as well!

Funnily enough it's getting ripped to pieces on my old forum (corsasport....) for being chavvy and looking like crap, some one even called me a c**t lol!

Of course it's chavvy everyone knows corsas crashing through halfords are one of the most prestigious cars around pretty rare to see too.

The rise and fall of the splitter MKI (this is for looks not aero by the way!)

Here was the splitter all lovely and fitted

It looked the part although I never had chance to get a picture before this happened on the maiden voyage

So yea it needs some strengthening added in the centre where it doesn't contact the standard splitter!

so back to the drawing boards.. the MKII is pending!

Managed to get hold of a Greddy Spec R front mount intercooler for a steal!! I really wanted to get rid of my Apex type 2 as the pipework routing drove me crazy plus it looked pants behind the bumper!

All cleaned up ready to fit

Fitted it today! Chucked the battery in the boot whilst I was at it.

    Type 2 removed

Hole in battery tray (needs a good de-rusting session soon!) + ends of chassis rails cut

Greddy ON! Can also see the catch tank I've fitted in location of the carbon canister. Should stop the hotside pipes getting a thin coating of oil!

    Home made rear battery tray...posh

    and wiring junction

It's obviously a lot more efficient as it (just the once) boosted to 1.3bar when it was set at 1.1bar!

    Looks awesome too

You need to buy some parts to fit first! Have you got a FMIC already?
