Holy shit what a build! Absolutely loving it. So much so I can't remember what time I stuck my pizza in the oven because I was reading this lol. Can't wait to see what's next!

Any more close ups of how you've fitted the fenders? Did you use rivnuts?

I drilled 2mm holes to start with and used self tappers. Then once I'd done the whole panel I drilled out to 3.2mm and used black rivets. That help?

    Update

Was getting erratic knock sensor readings so swapped it out on Saturday. Only way was to fetch the inlet manifold off. I really can't see how it can be reached from underneath!

It seems to be better but it's still picking up noise from somewhere??

Also snapped this cheeky shot this morning

I love the arch profile and the dish!

Car is still driving amazing and deploys its 400lbft with devastating efficiency. I've got hold of some energy suspension poly bushes for the front lower control arms to go also.

    Update

Finally fitted my carbon fibre cooling panel. Took some persuading to fit but got there in the end!

Also cut slots into the webbing on the grill to allow the panel to sit under the grill instead of on top of it like I see most.

Over the weekend I've fetched all of the front suspension off for a bit of an overhaul.

So I removed the few spots of rust and gave the arches a good coating of underseal

I also removed the worn ball joints and bushes from the lower arms as these are being replaced with Apex's roll centre correction ball joints and polybushes.

Ive ordered new polypushed anti roll bar drop links and mounting bushes to firm up the existing godspeed ARB too.
