Windscreen claim?

I am shopping round for a new insurance policy. I have 9 years no claims but made a windscreen claim this year. Do i have to tell the new company that i have made a claim this year. I know it wont affect my amount of no claims but it is a claim i suppose

Some will atcually ask if you have had any glass claims, wont effect your NCB, but if they ask then you will need to tell them. Direct line are one of the companies who want to know from memory!
