OUCH!!!! But at least you have the "best" oil for your box as signed off by the forum. Maybe worth it for that alone!

Most of that must have been the fuel filter? I bought 3 litres of Nissan gearbox oil the other day and it came to ~£32.

It is worth it though, my 'box feels a lot smoother, especially when cold, and the stuff that was in there was only about 6 months old anyway.

Its a paper filter in a plasic funnel, must be £5 tops surely. Metal diesel filters only cost £20tops and thats a pisstake

Think i paid around £7 a litre for my box oil and its fine

I haven't bought it yet as I think I'm still in a state of shock.

I have Redline piss water in there at the moment and it's terrible.

I might try another dealer and see if they quote the same. I've had that in the past where one place is almost half the price of another!?!

That oil is 75W90, the Nissan stuff is 75W80. Dunno if that makes much difference, just saying...

And the S13/Z32 fuel filters are metal? So is the one on my K11 Micra for that matter, I'd be surprised if the S14 one wasn't.

Weird. The numberplate light bracket on the S13 is only £16... or it was a year ago anyway.

IIRC, the number plate parts were £29 each. I just derusted them to get rid of the flakes and coated them with Dynax 50

I asked for a stock turbo about 2 years ago. Twas around £940. Thought that was quite reasonable from Nissan
