Quick question but how did this end up with all of the bits missing or removed

Are any wheels included and can you get it rolling and does it run ??

Ended up like this as I was planning on replacing most of the parts with uprated items, so to fund that I sold off the parts I was planning to replace. However due to change of circumstances I can't afford to do it.

It rolls and it will run providing air filter, maf sensor, intercooler, radiator are all put back together.
