As a lot of links that are turned up in a search seem to be dead, I thought I'd let everyone know that they can download the service manual from my site.

You can choose to download the entire manual or individual sections.

I have unlimited bandwidth/storage, so I'll leave them there for ever.

Checked everything and all PDFs are there and being pointed to, so not sure why they're not working for you... Have you tried right clicking a link and 'saving as' to download them?
