    Just found this thread again.

So how did everyone do who said they were going to cut down?

I only have maybe 3 or 4 coffees a week now. Usually from cafe Nero. And hardy touch energy drinks. Except weber I actually need them.

To replace the coffee I started drinking Chinese herbal tea. Stuff Chinese drink for de tox.

No difference. I still sleep as little as I used to. Few hours a night.

Do you feel better for cutting it all out? I bet your blood pressure is a lot better.

I usually have atleast one coffee a day, and maybe a couple cups of tea.

(I live off Jasmine Tea when we have it in the house)

Thats a Quickmill Vetrano with the rotary pump ....... Someone on the SXOC with a better setup than me ..... then again you are in Sweden which has a population that actually like coffee rather than coffee flavoured drinks.

I use a Izzo Vivi Mk2 ... nice coffee shot by the way, the tiger stiping on the crema is an awsome shot

this is the only shots of mine I have on me at the mo :-

and this one, where I was too busy taking the shot that I let the extraction run too long and its killed the crema, would have been the Perfect Ristretto though had I cut it 2 seconds earlier
