interesting car at work this week

    hi all,
we got quite an interesting car in today at work, it's a seat race car, custom made for some series or other, it looks odd because it's basically like a brand new car out of the showroom, but it's fully race specced up!
we are sticking some graphics on it, ill post up when its finished too.

    mmmm, airjacks:

I like these, Here's a few photo's of them at Brands Hatch that I took

    Over 100mph here

Came out pretty solid considering the impact speed, Was a very loud thump when it hit.

    They like 2 wheels aswell

Do you know who you are prepping it for?

It looks new probably because it is. Seat made a load of these for various single make series around Europe but then pulled out of most leaving lots of new Supacopas about. It is just like the one BPM bought middle of 2010, cracking cars with lots of potential.

we are putting Wolf logos and some other logo on it, they are cooking and cooling system brands of some description, ill put pics up when its done. apparently it cost the owner 75k, ive no idea how big a dollop of bullsh1t is mixed in with that though...

£75k. Easily I would have thought for a proper Works competition car. Skid can surely shed light.

    Sorry Skid

Stupid question - these are FWD right? Must be so much fun to drive something like that.

Lovely. Car manufacturers seem to be turning out some really nice shaped cars these days.

Wonder if that kit will fit my Altea!!!

You only need two tools in life - wd-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the wd-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

And if you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem!

That is pretty damn beautiful. Works cars look awesome without the liveries.

75k I smell Billy Bull, or someone saw him coming. 45 ~50k will get a new one and 30ish a used one.

Yep, Fr wheel drive, 300bhp with a 6 speed race DSG box. You can select full auto if you are inept at pulling the paddle shift. The handling is fantastic compared to a lot of saloon cars, even the championship winning 430 Fezza drivers said it was hard to overtake the little Seat if caught at a comex of corners
