Talking woo hoo!! Im back in an S-Body but.........

I picked my self up another s14a!! Iv not had an s-body on the road for over a year now and that one was only for two weeks before i got fed up of the unpracticalness of it!!! I took my drift s14a off the road nearly 2 and a half years ago(now gone to Sweden), so been a bit slack on road going ownership!! lol

Any way i got this mint t reg auto 14a but i duno what to do with it like i cant leave it standard but its really nice to drive around as it is and ITS PRACTICAL!! lol.

Maybe manual conversion, slight boost increase and leave it at that??? Plan to sell it the 1st part of next year any way.

Looks like i got it at the right time of year any ways

Manual, up the boost and enjoy. It's what I would do if I owned another sooo comfy and smooth as standard.

Mine has coilovers, a bucket seat + harness and a loud exhaust and I don't find it unpractical at all. Other than the fact the exhaust wakes the neighbours and sets off car alarms, it is awkward to get in/out, only has 3 usable seats, can't get over speed bumps/potholes and it uses loads of fuel.

    Wait a minute....

If your planning of selling it next year why not leave it standard as a standard, clean example are getting rare these days.

Have an eye on the mods you do so if needed you can revert back to standard at sale time.

running s'body automotive it would be rude not to have a road going 200... i would do a manual conversion... stage 1 mods, if you know wat i mean... wheels coilovers and thats all...enjoy the nice drivability

Yeah, you need a road going one, slam it, wide wheels, de brick front plate.

Don't even bother with anything else, just make it look cool, well that's what I'd do if it was a stop gap, someones bound to buy it decked with wide wheels.

What are those things in the arches?? I cant quite see them ........

Standrad 200's are lovely, you forget how nice sometimes. IF you are running it in winter then Id manualise it, stick an IC and exhaust on it and be done with that

LOL!!! Iv got some GTRs sitting here but i dont want to fit then unless its on coilies!

Im not doing an IC, just with upped boost and manual box is more than enough for the road

Feck that makes me sound really old and sensible

Good to see you back in a 200 again.
Minimal mods and a manual conversion would be ideal mate!

    Cheers Aj

LOL, well tbh after using my drift car preperly all the time, i feel it is kinda pointless running a heavy modded car on the road, as your flat out and using it properly like 1% of its life! Id say most the cars on here that are modded never get used to there full potential. Not saying its not worth it for others, just me i guess, as i have other cars to use for abusing on track. Yea its nice to be able to put your foot down every now and then and be put back in your seat, but a prety stock s14 can do that no problem.
