    Who's bringing the coffee ?

    Especially for those camping, what sort of tools/cooking/camping gear do we have ?

    I count 18 people camping.

    Shelter:
    I have a 3m x 3m gazebo which will fit in the car. Any more? I think we could do with several of those if the weather is going to be wet.
    Anyone taking tents with big porches or similar ?

    take a bbq, or local lidl sell teh small ones for £10, it did us for the first couple of days, and then the massive bonfire at night time.

    I've got a little cooker and single burner type things - great for tea etc

    Also got a gazeebo type thing that i hadn't planned on bringing but can if needed

    Well planning too , just got finalising the legalities

    If we do, I will be leave some of the heavy equipment at home (save on diesel) but plan on bringing at least:

    - 2 of the new gazeebos (same as the one we used at Japfest)
    - fridge with geni
    - Gas BBQ and gas hob burner (for the coffee )
    - sound system
    - Tools inc jack
    - fire pit
    - Cheddar valley cider
