Nobody knew or expected that we would have snow, its the earliest reported snow for 17 years apparently. On a more positive note, why don't we rearrange for the Spring, when the weather will be much nicer and it will be a far better day for everyone?
Even if we had gone ahead, it would be a bloody miserable cold day, for sure.
Without sounding like a moaning git but hasnt the weather been on the news for like the last week or so !! just a bit peed cos ive arranged my whole weekend around this !!

We could have pulled the plug a week ago, then the weather for this weekend may have been nice. It's snowing here right now and the forecast for the morning is -4.
Can you imagine if we lay 3 staff on and open the place up, then at 9.00 tomorrow morning, 3 or 4 people turn up because nobody else could get here, or be bothered to try? It's easy to imagine people not finding the motivation to turn out if it does snow lots overnight. It would be 3 people that have committed a day to this going home without any wages.
must admit i'm a bit shocked tbh i understand the dyno reasons etc but i dont think there is going to be anymore snow this weekend.
Considering everyone i've asked are still up for the day and little bit of snow isnt going to put them off.
