    S14 + S14a Workshop Manual - Improved PDF file v1.0

    .
EDIT: Please see new thread HERE for the latest version of the workshop manual

I have recently improved the PDF copy of the S14 manual, which I have also combined with the S14a supplement.

    Among other things I have
    • Descewed the pages
    • Made the text searchable/selectable (OCR)
    • Cropped the pages to reduce the size of the black unscanned areas and reduce printer ink usage, and also to magnify the S14a supplement
    • Split A3 pages into pairs of A4 pages to aid consistency
    • Fixed some page ordering and bookmark errors

This updated copy is available here:

    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B6I...I4NzljNTNlMmEy

If anyone has any further suggestions or corrections that won't take me forever to do, I'd be happy to look into them.

Just downloading now, the 2 existing ones are pretty awful to quickly find something in.

    Outstanding work

I'll add it to the useful threads sticky

EDIT : Just to say, having that quickly clickable index is going to save some people a hell of a lot of time. This really is a top job

How hard/time consuming would it be to make say each sections index page clickable to the relevant sections it lists?

Whoever puts this as a sticky can it be uploaded to the site as some links die after a few years.

Excellent, I have been meaning to print a copy, soon as I could find a printer that could do so in quick time, perfect timing this.

    Thanks
