My SXOC forgotten password doesn't work

As per title.

Trying to get onto the My SXOC bit on the main site but for some reason my password doesn't work. I seem to remember the main site bit is different but either way, I don't know the password.

When I enter my username and click retrieve password it sends me the email but comes up as:
Username: USERNAME
Password: PASSWORD

Pretty sure there is something wrong here so just making the person in charge aware of this if you don't already know. If you could - reset my password and PM me it or something that would also be coolio.

It works for me in Internet explorer but not in Chrome
