I shal be watching this with interest, for obvious reasons,

I have seen the RB26 conversion done, but this is the first 2JZ i have come across, although that would be a favourite engine, i still fancy an LS1,2 swap, the fir rather well, and you can buy the oil pan, engine mounts and drive shaft conversion kit from the states for $1800, if you need to any mechanical/tech info on the G35 let me know as I've done a fair bit of digging
Oh! and i know 2JZs pretty well, as i only sold my 500BHP Supra recently.

Ok people, if any one knows any one after some parts for one of these please put them my way lol, want to shift every thing bar the shell, panels and suspension.

Been doing a bit of research on the chassis, seems they have major problems with chassis flex, with windscreens cracking and suspension snapping!!!! So it looks like il be doing alot more chassis prep than i planned, seam welding and cage throgh the bulk head to turrets, ditching the idea of Nass car style door bars for the more ridged X type and also trying to find a steel rear subframe from another nissan with the same fit(cant remember the name Enos maybe??)in place of the alloy one.

At least there is one engine option sat in your place that's easy to cross off the list

This should be a good build... If you're serious on the 3.8 I may be able to help a little there...
