looks good,
the slabs are very clean for wet mortar pointing, how did you keep them so clean?
lol.... I have 53m2 of these slabs to point and dreading even the thought of it..... and still trying to find the best way of doing it.
it typical, the dog with the turf is like my son, the house has been like a building site since he was born, I lay a new patio all nice and flat and he falls over the second day its layed..
That's where I'm going wrong - to save money I'm doing most of the work in the garden myself, especially building and construction type work. As a result, after a year I still have a long way to go. Also we got distracted putting in fruit and veg instead of actually making stuff, so that has held things up somewhat
10 months later and............
I can finally call myself a man, i have shed
Thanks to Delboy and Pablo for your help

Mmmm shed
No worries dude, cheers for the BBQ food and the gnat bites!
Cheers Rude - I was laying a patio this weekend and remembered this post for finishing it off
I got a shed at Christmas. The space I had set aside at the back of the garage was an awkward shape, so without spending a fortune on a shed with non standard dimensions I have had to settle for a 6x4 shed. Looking at your palacial garden building Mel is giving me shed envy

It's only 5x7, hardly palatial
Mine is also 6x4, that extra couple of square foot makes all the difference.
I'd rather have a bigger one too.
I'd also like a larger shed.
NO the sacred rule of a shed is to go and have sex in it!
When we bought a house it was not far off off trimming the feckin huge hedge
