is there any chance you have a gearlinkage for a z32 gearbox? i think this is what its called lol it has the small UV joint and the shaft that goes into the box.

hello fella im glad to see the plan for portugal is going well but im wondering what you would charge to swap an rb20e cef from auto to manual pm me if it makes life easier

When I called Garage-D I was told the following were needed:
RB 5 speed box
Your adaptor plate for S15 bell housing will do nicely
Custom cross member
RB box end prop welded onto S15 diff end prop
Balancing of new prop
Start motor fitment?
Your adaptor for gearstick so it sits in the correct place inside console
Is all that is required above plus labour costs etc?

Edit: would you be able to source all the parts needed yourself?
Parts include,
RB25 box,
Adaptor plate,
Rb25 cross member (no need for custom one)
Modified rb25 prop,
RB25 slave cylinder and a shifter, there are a few options with the shifter.
Hole lot fitted including parts and new gear oil is £1100

Your looking at around £300 labour + parts, i do not have any parts for the job but there the same as s13, youl just need either and s13 box and rb bellhousing or an rb box, (the boxs are the same inside)

ok polo so in total ill need a clutch pedal from an r32 is that correct an rb20 r32 gearbox as i believe there a cable driven speedo aswell a clutch/flywheel and slave cylinder etc
is there any wiring i need to find
and would it be easier to just swap the whole lot out for an sr or different rb
Yea thats all you need. The skyline cable drive will fit in an s13/s14 box
ahh happy days i have about 4 ca18 boxes kicking about here but will try start looking for the other parts

Hello mate,how much would you charge to fit a turbo elbow on my s15 I have all the necessary bolts and gaskets.
One of the bolts on the heat shield is pretty mashed too ,I have caned it with wd40 to hopefully free it up a bit,but all the bolts look pretty rusted tbh

Not alot, £60 mate, aslong as the rusted bolts dont cause too much fuss

TBH, i wouldnt worry about WD, it wont be going back in once the elbow is on so i can just take the head off of the bolt to get the heat sheild off
I think the soonest i can get you in ATM is a week tomorow, but may be able to squeeze you in some time this week if your in a rush

Yea £170 not including elbow gasket if it needs it but every thing else needed.

Should be fine, i dont normaly split the turbo and elbow but while its off, if its not been done in a while it makes sence to change it.
