RB20DET S13. 1992 Rust Free. Taxed and Tested.

Right its unfortunately got to go up for sale.
I've tried to let my bank account recover since buying it, and doing the conversion after blowing a fresh rebuild, but its not working.
    Here is the build thread:

    http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.p...=Quick+rebuild

I suggest you take a look in there to see the work carried out on the car since buying it.
I have failed to update that with the last few things that have been done but all will be mentioned here.

    Here is the spec list:

    Engine:

    • Circa 80k mile RB20DET from a local crash damaged R32 Skyline.
    • FMIC
    • Aftermarket air filter
    • Front facing plenum
    • Greddy Profec B set-up to run 0.85 bar.
    • 2.5” custom stainless exhaust, (Elbow Back, Two small silencers) Fully heat wrapped
    • DB Power Alloy Rad
    • Electric fan
    • Turbo Timer

This made 230BHP and 230Ft/lbs on a dyno dynamics rolling road. I didn’t have the Profec set-up then and was running 0.75 bar through a bleed valve with the boost peaking off at the top end. There is alot more to come from this engine with very simple tweaks.

    Drivetrain:
    • RB20 bellhousing on CA18 Box
    • Standard CA18 Prop (nothing expensive to replace!)
    • Welded R32 GTST diff
    • R32 GTST Driveshafts
    Chassis:
    • Miester R coilovers (HSD Type) – Fronts modified for extra lows
    • R32 Front Crossmember
    • Adjustable Front tie rods (rose jointed)
    • Crazy clean shell! Rust-less!!!
    • Adjustable rear Camber arms (rose jointed)
    • Adjustable Rear Toe arms (rose jointed)
    • Fully poly-bushed hubs
    • Solid mounted rear subframe with 15mm RCC mounts
    • Z32 Front Brake set-up
    • ABS Delete using HEL performance pink hoses
    • Advan SA3R’s 17x 8 ET35 and 17 x 9.5 ET28

    Interior:
    • S14 Front seats
    • Proper+ Dildo Shifter
    • Turbo Timer
    • Greddy Profec b Spec 2
    • 52mm Rev counter in single pillar pod
    • Monopoly trim

    Spares:
    • S13 Facelift VLSD + Driveshafts
    • Original Driftworks track rod ends to suit Tein track rod thread. They drop the steering arm for RCC (perfect when coupled with some RCC bottom Ball joints.
    • Spare heat wrap
    • HEL rear Z32 brake calliper conversion hoses. Pink Braided.
    • Spare CA18 Gearbox

Pretty sure there is more in the box of spares, I will edit the list when I’m not trying to do it from memory.

Here are a few pictures from the build thread. I will add more detailed, up to date photos very soon. But just to give you an idea.

NOTE: THESE ARE NOT THE LATEST PICTURES. BOOT IS PAINTED NOW AND BUMPER IS ALSO DONE. POSITIVE CAMBER ON THE FRONT HAS GONE.

Taxed until November 2010. MOT until March 2011
    PRICE: £3,000 offers accepted.

Please feel free to give me any feedback everyone.
If you want to know more PM me and I will answer any questions. Let me know if you want to talk to me properly and I will give you my phone number.

    Thanks, James.

Keep him in the lime light.

Forgot to mention that it has 5-stud hubs and a walbro 255. I'll most likely keep on remembering stuff!!

Right i stayed on after work yesterday to get pictures of the sills etc.

I noticed a little bit of bubbling on the ends of the sills so i cleaned it up and investigated to find some rust. Having found this i went over the rest of the car to see if there was anything that i had missed before or has come up but it was just the two ends of the sills.

I've sorted all that out properly, went some what OTT with how much of the sill i replaced but i cut out all of the rust.

Here are some pictures for you to enjoy including proof that the sills have been sorted properly. And a picture of the inside of the sill to show what you dont normally see.

And then some pictures of the underside for you too see while it was up on the ramp. Including Arches.

The camera died before i managed to get a shot of the other arch. It is the same as this one but the paint is a little flakey in an small area around where the metal is formed back on itself. You only really notice it when the vehicle is in the air.

The car will be getting cleaned up tonight and some exterior photos taken.

    Cheers, James.

Possibly, let me do abit of research. Would you be able to either email or PM me some pics and details of the deal you are thinking of, maybe a basic speclist.

    Cheers, James.
