Out of curiosity what are the Italian laws in respect to changing wheels to aftermarket etc? (As in why would these not be allowed & 17s would?)

in italy the law calculate the % of OEM rims diameter and rolling and tollerate only the 5% about it...
the 17" will be able to fit to the S14 but for the S14a its possibile to fit the 18"....
the italian law are very very dumber about it!!

in the meantime I made some changes... i've not found the Enkei RPF1 in 17" inch size so
i bought the Brock B1 rims, recaro type seat, manifold and turbo to have the top mount system.... the turbo is a T3/T4 Hybrid, i hope to find a good management system...
what do you recommend?

sincerly i bought a 255lph Walbro fuel pump, A'PEXi turbo timer, the fan shroud panel with the H2O sensor adapter but unfortunately I still haven't it made to fit the parts....
furthermore i fit the relocator oil kit, handmade oil line with a new oil cooler and i painted the Sparco bracket of upper strut bar that was red, into matt black such as the engine bay
