Make it really really clear to those around you that smoke that you are stoppingThen if someone lights up near you get up and leave till they are done as the smell will at first drive you mad then after about a month it will just stinkIf you start getting cravings do some situps or something else physica(i ran up and down the stairs) for 5 mins,as it gives you brain something else to do(making loverly endorphins)
Do it,if you fail as i did many times just shrug your shoulders and have another go
Or convince your doctor to give you Champix(sp),my 40 a day mate gave up on that sooooo easy,good luck anywho
