i didnt read any of it either but the video at the end is awesome!!!!!! reminds me of the scrap heap challenge episode where they build jet engines from scratch!! that was a brilliant episode!
Runs off to grab the old turbo in the garage and buy a go kart chassis from ebay.......
thats amazing!!! no old turbos here though so im going to find a snail and get some lighter fluid!!! I'm sure I can make a jet engine from that!!!
I have built one of these for a CHP project at Uni , took off all my pissing eyebrows the first time i started it LOL
A friend of my dad has actually built a jet engine. Bloody impressive I'll try and find a pic.
1998 Nissan 200sx s14a , 2000 std 5 speed with nismo supercoppermix clutch bn6 Sapphire Blue
I started Reading that and thought, yeah I could do that. The. I watched the video. I cannot do that. I can't even solder. I'd die if I atteempted that.
It is very easy to make them, there are loads of different ways in which you can build them, the only complex part is the Combustion Chamber, although building these is very much guess work.
Hmmm. New event for the weekender perhaps??

no updates on here for a whiles, but at the bottom they have
COMING SOON - Kerosene fuelled afterburner/sausage sizzler!
I bet they don't use old T25's
I ran on a tiny turbo, although the larger the unit, the better they run.
