I am trying to give a bit of advise, go on and buy it then its your money. However there is probably a better use for your 4 or 5 grand insurance costs over the next 3 years
i assure you it wouldnt, how much does your corsa weigh?
A corsa with a Z20LET in it will weigh roughly 1200kg
so thats more than a standard 14a then, plus rwd will pull harder than fwd
why do you think all the bigger powered cars, ie most of super cars are rwd?
An s14 weighs roughly 1260-1280 kilos...
so it does i stand corrected, for some reason i had 1167 in my head and i know thats wrong lol
i appolagise lol such a bellend
Dear god give the guy a break. He wants an sx. He says he can afford it who are we to say any different.
I wouldn't pay 2k+ a year on insurance for one of these (well not standard anyway) but a young lad at work is paying 2k a year on a 1.2 52plate clio It takes all sorts

oi i was sticking up for you lol. Just wouldn't agree that corsa with let would be quicker
Good plan. When I was 19 I had a t plate vectra sri 140. Was a good car for a while, I drove it hard for about 40k before it was all but useless. It did break down a lot tho
I will say it's very tempting to mod these cars and not tell your insurance company, I would never do this as the car by design is very easy to get in to trouble with and the last thing you want is to loose all your money.

Let the man spend his money on insurance if he wants. I paid almost 3200 on my S13 @ 18
I dont regret it, would only have wasted the money anyway!
And welcome btw
