Getting a new phone tomorrow. what to get?????

Hi guys my contract runs out tomorow so i can go and upgrade finally

Currently have a sony ericsson w995 soon to be on e bay. Im after a smart shone with a keyboard and im thinking about getting the nokia 900 as it seems quicker than the samsung omnia 2 pro b7610. the htc hero i think it is looks good but is not out til august from what i can find. the motorola milestone looks good aswell i cant deide

What would you suggest??

sadly the n900 is terrible

If you can live without a keyboard HTC Desire.

If you need one Motorola Milestone. Yes. Really... such a departure for them

Im with o2 but could change if i get a good deal. i want one with a slide out keyboard as i think they are cool and i have not had one before.

The N900 is a brilliant device ( note i said device not phone ! ).

It really is an ultraportable small computer... that just happens to be able to make voice calls send messages etc.

If you want a phone to just be a phone, there's no real point.
If you like the idea of having the equivalent of a laptop in your pocket at all times... it's ace.

Just get an iPhone, I thought I would be different and get a Nokia N97, its terrible, the keys on the slide out keyboard are to bloody small aswell! The next smart phone I buy will be an iPhone. Id wait until June if I was you, for the next iPhone to come out. There great to use, the OS is smooth, the touchscreen is by far the best touchscreen Iv'e used. I used to slate them, until I actually used one, it made my N97 feel like it was from the stone age!

I saw a Nokia 900 yesterday and was not impressed.
If you are not anti-Apple I would just get an iPhone.

i kind of agree with sam here. I have a blackberry storm and her in door s has an iphone. While her device doesn't do anyhting as well as the blackberry (actually the browser is probably better tbf), it is far nicer to use.

I also had a Storm, while it was better then the N97 I have now, it was still no where near as good as an iPhone

stay away from the Samsung Omnia, i have one and hate it, its fiddly, the software plays up and recently its started turning itself off randomly, should have just kept my N95.

the milestone is now not an option as it does not have a fm radio,no free gps,no divx,no flash support. so its between the nokia 900 or the htc pro 2. is the htc pro 2 getting old in software,hardware terms? will it get updated with the latest operating system when it coes out?
