I dont really know why there is a problem with this item as far as I know they seem to be ok. Might need to ask a friend to pop round with their car one day to do a test fitment on the item just to get to the bottom of it.

I have test fitted on a friends S13 today and took some pictures.

the fitment on the cooling panel is fine but there is a few small issues we did have.

initial first line up on the car with the rad brackets remove and the rubber stopper remove. (not in this pic yet :P)

Alot of the holes on the cooling panel needs to make it bigger (most of them is about 2 drill size bigger). to do this you will need to masking tape the holes in the cooling panel and then use a bigger drill bit. but if you have one of those triangle shape drill bits those are the best ones to use.

Another problem we have was the bumper bracket that needs to trim down because it hits the back of the cooling panel and crack it as we did the test fitment when bolting it down. (lucky I use the courier damage one so.. no bother )

the red circle is where it has crack the panel.

After taking off the bracket here is the problem.

    Pic of the bracket.

After some light grading and filing we put the panel back in bolt it up and put the rubber stoppers back on and sits very well but it does raise little but nothing too bad as the bonnet shuts first time .

hope this will help the members who had problems with the panel. but if you have any more problems give us a shout and will do my best to help out.

Now is just waiting for my mate with the S14A to come back so I can do the same on it and hopefully sort out the problem on that.

    Leon.

    HI there

the badly damage ones are gone already. but I have 2 that is very very lightly damage ones.

    First one:

    Second one:

As you can see in the pic, they are so very lightly damage and you cant really see it in the photos so I circle them to make it easier for people to see where the damage is.

The price for those are £55.00 each + delivery.

    if interested let me know.

    Leon.
