for me its more looks but i guess its designed to help airflow through the intercooler if you got a front mount then to the rad, instead of half of the air escaping up and over the top.

    What he said.

I don't think there is a recorded test of these panels BUT, they are designed to direct the air through the Rad instead of escaping through various paths.

Oh and yeah Carbon looks good.

you don't actually need one of these if you have got a standard bonnet, as there is a seal which seals the bonnet to the slam panel. Minimal air can travel past. However if you have a CF bonnet with no seal....

I don't full agree with that...

THe seal runs down the side of the lights and meets the bumper. So the area around the bonnet catch will allow air to flow...

You should have a seal on your bonnet that seals around the front of the slam panel. I'll take a pic tonight if you want if I remember

The bonnet only seals around the lights I'm sure.... there is no bit that cuts accross the slam panel...

should be on the way here as we speak mate as its being air flight by EMS usually they take about 7-10 days but that is very depend on customs as I have some d1 stuff coming from japan 2 weeks ago by ems and it took almost 3 weeks :O reason is the customs are being an a55 and wants to check everything in that shipment or some sort so for 2 weeks it was stuck in UK customs.

but hopefully this will be ok.
