BOUGHT FULL MANAUL CONVERSION, HE STATED I WILL HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED TO COMPLETE CONVERION, ALSO DONE A DEAL WITH A SRB SPLITTER. FIRSTLY LIED ABOUT DELIVERY COST, DID NOT INFORM ME THE PALLET WILL COST MORE THEN HE ORIGINALLY QUOTED AND DEMANDED MORE MONEY, I SAID YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED COLLECTION UNTIL I AGREED TO PAYING EXTRA, WE AGREED I WILL PAY HALF OF IT AND I WILL PAY THIS WHEN THE ITEM ARRIVED WITH ALL PEICES. HE THEN DELAYED ITEM BY 3 DAYS, UPON ARRIVAL THE FLYWHEEL BOLTS MISSING/SPIGOT BEARING MISSING/ AND THRUST BEARING SLEEVE MISSING/ SRB SPLITTER MISSING/ AFTERMARKET MOMO GEAR KNOB WAS PART OF THE DEAL CAME BROKEN. WHEN I TOLD HIM HE SAID IT WILL FIT I ASSURE YOU??? CLEARLY I COULDNT AS PARTS WERE MISSING AND HIS REASON FOR NOT SENDING SPLITTER WAS UNTIL I DIDNT PAY THE EXTRA MONEY POSTAGE HE WAS GOING TO HOLD IT, I HAD TO BUY NEW BOLTS/SPIGOT BEARING AND WHOLE NEW CLUTCH AS THE CLUTCH WAS IN BAD CONDITION NOT ANYWHERE NEAR AS HE DISCRIBED IT. HE SAID HE WAS NOT GOING TO REFUND ANYTHING, I PUT A CLAIM IN PAYPAL AND THE SCUMS FAVOURED HIS WAY!!!! EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED RECEIPTS FOR PARTS I BOUGHT, AND I TXT HIM SAYING AT LEAST SEND ME MY SPLITTER AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED.
OVER ALL A VERY POOR EXPERINCE NEVER BUY FROM THIS GUY AGAIN THOUGHT I SHOULD SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU!
lol paypal decided in my favour as I was in the right, the clutch was in perfect condiditon as it had just been relined as you had requested, the flywheel bolts you did not need as I told you and you could not have used my spigot bearing as it would have been sized for my crank when it was put in and if you have ever tried to take one out to reuse it you would know you usually cause more damage to it. The reason you bought a new clutch was because you lacked to skills to fit the thing and told me it did not fit, when it came out of my car so it does fit, you just lacked the skill to fit it. Overall a very abusive buyer who refuses to accept his point of view is wrong and refused to accept my advice in helping him even though i was in constant contact with him! And yes, I will be with holding your splitter until you pay me the money you owe me for your extra postage as you requested me to change all my arrangements to have it delivered on a certain day to suit your part time mechanic who must spend the rest of his time reading up on how cars work as he certainly doesnt know much about them if he cant fit a clutch!lol

Ive posted on the other thread, until we see the state of the clutch then I cant see that NP89 has much of a case to answer here.
Please do not pollute this thread with arguments, use the other one for proof and the SXOC will take whatever action is necessary.
I get the feeling that this would only work if we could pursuade Ernest Borgnine to drive the Isle of Wight to Portsmouth hovercraft.
