How you have slowly tuned this car but still also used it everyday to get you around.

I have to admit , it is one of the most stunning damson's/200sx around, I dont think there is a better look for a s14a than all standard bumpers, splitters and spoilers. Finishing the car off nicely with the ROTA's and lowered suspension.

Keep up the good work because it is inspiring and good to read.

    Si
    Hey Si,

Thank you for that. I'm glad my car is inspiring. The downside is that I'm getting to a point where I'm gonna start changing the look of the car to try and make it a bit more sleek and aggressive. No massive bodykits going anywhere near it though but there will be some changes coming along .

Gotta say, this car looks even better in the flesh, a bit gutting when my parents and girlfriend all say they prefer your car to mine, bastards. In fairness i will be getting there, getting rid of all the poo and going back to standard look, nice and clean. Just need some dishier wheels or to get mine powdercoated.

Anyway, let me know how you get on with the power steering pump.

Was good to finally meet you after chatting for so long Maccy, The engine looks good mate, just need to get it in and running. Thats gonna be awesome.

I'm glad your family and gf liked the car , Thank you mum again for the dinner, very unexpected and was very yummy

Oh and the drive to yours Maccy was immense, the roads near you are so so much fun, lots of fast overtakes and lots of places to mess about .

I fitted the power steering pump the other day. Was alot easier than I thought it would be (took about an hour all in) and all seems well now. Steering feels nice and smooth again. Thanks buddy

Thats Stu, Current spec for the engine is as follows:

    Mongoose Cat back exhaust
    De-cat
    Apex downpipe
    GT28r
Apexi Air filter with hardpipe intake
    DB-Power Front mount intercooler
    NGK Grade 7 spark plugs
    Walbro 255l fuel pump
    Apexi AVCR

Currently running about 1 bar and that hit a nice healthy 285bhp & 260ft/lb (might of been 250ft/lb, can't remember now) but that was with the turbo hanging off.

The car feels nice and fast at the moment and the Auto diff (yet to post the photo's yet) has made a massive difference. 4th & 5th gears are completely transformed now.

Done a few more little bits to this like fitting some R33 GTS-t front brakes, replacement rear pads and a nice Auto Diff.

The car is running spot on again and I'm loving it. I took a few mates out for a blast on sat night and every one of them grabbed the jesus handle on full boost.

Can't wait to run the car up the hill at the weekender, just a shame the exhaust will be so quiet.

Will post up some more photo's before the weekender .

Its a temporary downgrade and cheaper than refurbing his fubarded calipers

As Mark has mentioned my S14 calipers were fubarded and needed rebuilding. I bought the R33 GTS-t brakes for the same price as rebuilding the calipers , so I'm selling the 330mm kit for the time being and will be replacing the disk's with a nice big 345mm kit instead .

The reason's I haven't bought the 345mm kit yet is because I didn't want to risk not bedding them in properly before the weekender. So give it a few weeks and I'll have some 345's on there

I want them, although to be fair the R33 GTS-t's are coping really well. If knowone buys the 330mm's from me then I'll just get some new brackets to fit them back on.

Another update and another thing broken with the car

Andrew popped over tonight to borrow my coilpacks to see if that could fix his running problems but it didn't sort it.

Whilst I was taking the coil packs out of mine I noticed something on one of my boost pipes.......a nice big split. So that explains why the boost has been a bit crap lately. So I need to sort a new boost pipe before friday morning otherwise I can't take my car to the weekender . Anyone local got a spare bit of pipe, its 50mm internal diameter and about 110mm long.

    Anyway, here's the pics.
