    winter 2009

My car is having problems already, it wont start this morning.. i should be in work now but im here waiting for a jump off a mate. Now the last few days she has started but just about with a flash off the hazard lights when she does kick alive. Anything i can do to help her start first time in the cold... yes she does have anti freeze in her and had no problems in normal weather.

I have to give it gas when turning the key but never have before. I sorry but this is my 1st winter with the 13 on the road as every other one its been out of order

    thank you

Is it absolutely brassic down there? Thinking it could be the battery being weak and not having the power to start it in the cold morning

if you pop the car down to them or the battery they will test it for you. if its still under warranty they should replace it!
Feel you pain, as my starter motor just died.

if the battery doesnt cure it and it sits an turns over and over dont spray it with easystart.. its not a diesel forklift... test the coolant temp sensor is within range for colder temps.

You need a multimeter and you have refer to the service manual for the expected resistance at say 0 deg C

deffo sounds like a dead battery bud we have had so many people with the same problem coming into work and the first thing we do is bung a battery tester on there and it just says the battery is fooked every time

    easystart for diesels
    carb cleaner for petrol engines

if its not the battery then check the startermotor see if thats ok tendancy to stick a bit in the cold if so give it a gentle tap wiv a hammer and a bar

the easystart is not helpful to engines as they start to relyon it to start
just get the best battery you can get to fit
