    cheers steve ic now fully operational that bit of inspiration about the stubby pipe of the old plastic one works a treat I gave it a bit of a run up the road wound her up to about 80ishhhhhhhhh and not a problem. all we have to do now is fit the shiny t28 P.S would ic affect the boost as I dont have a boost gauge fitted yet so I dont know what its running at please advise once again thanks steve

    No worries mate.

    You may have gained a couple of psi by fitting the IC. I'd get a boost gauge sooner rather than later if I were you.

    if I fit one how do I adjust the boost steve. I plead total ignorance now. and where would be the best place to fit it I,m talking under the bonnet

    Are you using a standard actuator or do you have an adjustable one or a bleed valve?

    To plumb the boost gauge in just attach the gauge pipe to the plenum, here.....

    standard actuator no other little tricks on here yet for adjusting the boost

    Yep, you can fit a couple of washers to space the wastegate further away from the turbo and up the boost a little !
