    Aaaaaggghhhhh!!!!!!!

Yep, you guessed it, Im trying to get my rear hubs off

I have used more WD40 than I can find an analogy for, put so much force on the puller I fear it will break and twatted the hell out of them with a hammer but they just wont budge

Yes I have removed the hub nut and the four bolts behind it

No I don't want to take the whole fecking lot off to do it

Don't really know why I'm posting this, just venting I s'pose

Put the 4 bolts back in loosely and give those a twat to loosen it.

When I changed my brakes I just took the whole assembly off, lower arm and all, it was suprisingly easy.

R.Sendout - I had this issue, hit it with a hammer really a lot...

Then called FIGJAM, he confirmed just put the bolts in there half way, and hit those, and it popped off

He knows mine came off without issue with the exact same hub puller, so I won't mention that

Please don't damage any fingers. I can't lift the washer/dryer into your Landy by myself!

I ripped a fingernail off when I did the Z32 conversion, so you're doing well.

As said before put the bolts back in and hit them.

But a bigger hammer might help too

At the end of my fecking tether now, my temper is not great at the best of times but I really have fecking had it now.

I so very nearly put the hammer into the rear quarter just now.

Ive taken a week off work to get the car back on the road, two days in and I achieved feck all.

If you hadnt guessed, they are still on there and neither are showing any signs of moving

Seriously considering breaking it at the moment, I just cant be arsed anymore

Nuts, I am quite a way off in Devon

You need some moral support to help I reckon... Are you removing them to replace them or fit brakes?

Could try heating them. It's just the seal of corrosion that's holding them on.

Im attempting to fit skyline brakes.
I did think about the heat thing but haven't got anything here to apply any heat so that sort of went out the window

I can assure you Im not being girly about this. The fact is I am in constant pain from a old injury anyway, crouching or kneeling makes it get gradually worse to the point its unbearable and I have to stand. This gives me a short window of time to get into position, beat the crap out of the hub and get up again. Its VERY frustrating

I know how you feel mate. I have done this, and did a ball joint change with Chriscooke the other day with only a small hammer to remove it, no heat or anything. We must have been attacking it for 2 hours before it finally came out.

We took shifts with the hammer and eventually won. It's easy with somebody helping, as you dont get as bored and frustrated either in my experience
