    Picture Whoring....

Well as i havent really whored at all ever, i thought i would share a couple of images, half way through a project, so its not nearly done, but im enjoying the look at the moment.

what it looked like pretty much just after getting it road worthy:

then all the new latest stuff:

loads been done inbetween, lots of engine work, will one day get my own project thread. lol

no where near finished, and the suspension hasnt settled since doing the 5-stud due to the fact its been off the road, hopefully be back on road by end of year.

I like it , but like you say, it's only a bumper and as long as you're happy thats all that matters.

I never noticed the skirts when I last saw it. Are they a new addition?

yeh i just placed them on for the photo got some prep work to do on sills etc before putting them on. got some stuff to do tommorow, got mani and turbo off, maybe fit my new catch can.

the bumper was always going to be marmite, its a c-west kit, its more subtle than alot of the kits but it is very "delta" like. i wasnt too sure but it fits the lines nicely, its not completely bolted on yet.

the good news was when i moved it i didnt stall once, had a bit of an issue with a leak somwhere before, then done a few things seems to have sorted it, so we'll see. just waiting on my grill coming back for it as well. still need the new turbo, and the engine bay needs a good clean. main thing at the moment is checking the underside, and treat any rust which may have started shwing, keep it neat and tidy for another few years.

It's definately coming along quicker than mine. Tried to fit the springs on Friday but couldn't get the rear lower bolts off. Gave up and failed in the end!

I'm thinking about doing rust proofing on mine, but it will soon be winter and I don't have a runabout.

eventually, but its all about the money. the wheels are just temporary as well, just for it to have something to roll around on. got loads to sort befor ei think respray needs rear bumper, or even spats, im thinking winder front wings, but we'll see. oh and to fit the new wheels im goinmg to need some arch work done.
