You might need to swap the stud round and probably shorten it and more than likely you will need to hit the elbow with a large hammer then you will just about get a nut on. Good luck.

So i do need three studs on the bottom? The 5mm shortened stud in the middle and then a standard stud on the left and another shortened stud on the right? lol

Still not managed it mate? Looked like a bit of a ball ache. Pictures may help others to help you though

If your going to uprate your clutch change the elbow then its much easier

Yup... you'll need to shorten one of the studs, i had the same problem but i had the luxury of having the engine out on the ground!

if I remember correctly the standard stud is okay but you have to just get the elbow on so that the stud is just through then thread a nut on and use it to pull the elbow tight to the turbo.
