    New centre console

    Hi, I want to make a custom centre console for my car, something along the lines of this.

    I seen a url on here linking to a website that stocks OEM centre consoles but i can't find it again, anyone know when i can get one.
    the price was $50

    liam i have a spare centre console ashtay etc.. that someone had superglued wood trim over.upon removing said wood trim there was still evidence of the glue remaining.it would be perfect for what you want give me the price of a drink and i will post it to you

    lol i made that, its easy enough to do

    If you saw it from the back you wouldnt think its so nice

    you really need to have what ever your putting into the wholes infront of you when you do it.

    There was nothing holding the AVCR and SAFC in, apart from the surround.

    Give it a go

    i cut the dash bit so you can fit the stereo surround in, screw the stereo into place put the surround on then p40 the back.

    Then p38 the front

    Then i used some of that body repair mesh stuff to fill in the big whole, same again p40 for the back p38 on the front.

    You will need something to sit the SAFC on i used a ruler i cut down and p40ed to the bottom and the same between the SAFC and AVCR, but you can cut the second bit in half if you want so its not so wide.

    Then there is just a load of sanding and wet sanding until everything is smooth, then paint
