What is that giant thing coming off the plate?
Oil pressure sensor isn't it?
Yep the large one is my stack oil pressure sensor and the small one is my oil temp sender

Today was the South West Rolling Road day at Alan jeffreys in Plymouth.
My car was again on the rollers this time with a slightly more healthy result
329bhp/350lbs of torque. I'm properly happy with the torque reading but would like a few more bhp for willy waving in the pub

mmmmmm tourqeeee, nice result chris thats a much better figure than before! looks similar shape and rev peaks to my graphs, what boost do you run out of intrest? Mine was the other way round tho, higher bhp than you but less tourqes.
It's peaking at 1.35 bar on the rollers even though the gizzmo was reading 1.42 Will have a play about with the boost and go by gauge rather than the digi read out I think

similar to mine then. Looks like you got it running right anyway chap must be happier
Definitely happier. Would be even happier with an extra 20 bhp though

Stick some stickers on it then! Don'tcherknow that each sticker add's 5bhp?!
And you call yourself a petrolhead
Got stickers mate Didn't work

Lovely car. Just looks spot on.
Wait, thats @ the wheels..?
If so; very good result I say
Thanks mate
Cheers buddy, the pictures hide a lot of the imperfections though it needs work to be back to its best
I wish. Pretty sure that's at the fly mate It definately doesn't feel like a 330 bhp at the wheels car

I always go by my gauge now. The boost controller read out is miles out.
Just out of interest. I was looking at getting a sandwich plate to fit my gauges but it didn't look like there was much room down there on the SR. How did you find fitting it on yours?
Haven't done it yet. Didn't realise the pressure sensor was going to stick out that far I might have to try and mount it remotely.

Looking good mate.
Ever thought about getting those wheels polished? would look awesome.
