What did you used to get rid of the mould dude? I went out to my car tonight and it's covered in mould inside.

Jon seems like most that aren't being driven are doing this at the moment

Josh i used dash wipes and then wiped it all down with vinagar to try and kill the mould.

Mine started to do it then I put a dehumidifier in it and now it hasn't done it for ages. But it has been super wet of late so I am not surprised it's happening. Better check mine on the wknd.

Seen so many people with a similar issue over the past few days, must be the temperature combined with how wet it is

Put the car back together yesterday after trying and failing to find the leak. I had the hose on the car for a good 5 mins but no water appeared in the cabin as it had before. I had run a small amount of silicone along the bottom of the screen as there was a couple dubious points so there is a slim chance it's fixed.

Dumped it back in the garage and added s few moisture traps just to make sure

While it was out I grabbed this pic of the subframe as i was surprised at how clean it still was

A few traps? was it leaking while in the garage?

    Underside looks

And those s15 wheels transform the interior, although I find mine to look very flat. Maybe it's an optical illusion lol!

Cheers mate. Wasn't leaking in the garage but seems the carpets were saturated when put away. Should be okay now I've got rid of half the "underlay" stuff and dried them out.

What do you mean by the wheel looking flat? Texture or physically? I love the wheel and think it looks a lot more modern than the old 14a item.

I mean physically, mine just seemed more flat than the old steering wheel, but you're right I do love the look. Weren't cheap finding a mint one.

I hadn't noticed tbh, just hated the old wheel so glad to see the back of it. I ended up buying two wheels (was one from you?) to make a good one

Had a good condition wheel with air bag but missing the silver plastic tabs near the air bag and the plug covers on the side. Used bits from both to make a good one

Ever Build Wonder wipes are good for treating and preventing mould as they have an anti bacterial additive I had the same problem on the wheel of my S13 and they sorted it

    Not a drop.

Went to the car on Friday and it's a lot better although there is still some signs of mold. Will need to use anti bacteria stuff on it when dry.

Cars getting covered in condensation now too, I've turned the car around hoping that the draft under the door may help to clear it

They tend to work better in warmer areas i guess the water needs to evaporate into the air to get absorbed by the traps. Is it worth getting a frost heater or maybe a small fan in there to blow circulate the air? Mine was a little moist in places in my mums garage.

Got no power near the garage so I've decided my best course of action is to buy a new garage, with a house attached

    Not a massive update.

Had this turn up a while back to replace my apex type 2. Probably won't make a massive difference but think it's worth a shot.

Cleaned up the pipe work which turned out to be pretty good under the muck.

Hopefully get a chance to fit it soon work and weather depending.
