Like those tyres mate. You just keeping them for the rear on drag days to save them and keep friction down on the front?

Not sure mate tbh. Can't see the friction being much greater on the front if run at decent pressure and being cold?

I'm sure you can do these...even without a line locker they are simples 1st gear, clutch down, revs on, dump clutch and straight on the brake to stop forward momentum but still let the back wheels spin. just make sure to use enough revs so that you light up the rears not launch!! lol.

    chicks dig it.....

I tried this. You have to go light on the brakes else you stall the car. Or do you have to go hard on the accelerator? Lol I stalled a few times then gave up as I had just fitted new front discs and pads

Went to check on the car today and found this

Cleaned it up quickly but need to get some anti-bac stuff on it ASAP to sort it properly

It was dry out so tried to get some air moving in the car

To top it off the battery was flat so had to jumpstart it to get the car back to the house, this in turn brought the engine light on even though the car itself ran perfectly. Once I stopped the car it wouldn't start again. Turned out that the battery was on its last legs and actually bowed out. Thankfully it didn't burst as this can be nasty from what I've seen

I had a spare battery lying around which was the right size, had the terminals the correct way around and was even charged so in that went which fixed the engine light and got it running again

After a quick inspection the drivers footwell was soaked yet everywhere else seems dry thus far. I've now pulled the seat out and used a heat gun to help dry it out. Hoping it's an easy fix with the engine loom grommet being a likely cause??

    It's looking like this currently

    Thankfully the floor looks solid

Dull update so sorry, hopefully be more interesting next time.

A very important find for you, would account for the mouldy bits with the floor being damp.

    Yikes!

I know this pain - exactly the same thing happened when my ATR was sat for a while. You have a leak entering the cabin somewhere

It's not ideal but I'll get it sorted even if it means the screen has to come out
