Makes such a difference removing the wiper, looks good bud. Did u put sealant on with the grommits?

Lol using sikkaflex on mine too iirc.
Nice Chris, looks so much better without the wiper. I blew the small grommet out of mine the other day with the pressure washer haha! Should probably bond it in lol.
Thankyou. Daz can take a good picture

Thats just as bad, still a school night lol. Yeah mines the same at the minute, I hate driving it on the roads at the minute! But the love of actually driving the car shines threw and it's filthy from it ! Least it's all under sealed now so you've got peice of mind it's not going to dissolve whilst your out and about!
Loving the car man. Can't wait to see it again sometime.
Cheers guys, hopefully make a start tomorrow on the subframe and adjustable arms stripping ready for sandblasting and powdercoat, just need to figure out if I can justify the expense of priming the items before powdercoat or if the powdercoat on its own will suffice?!?

Finally started work on the subframe refurb. The frame was already polly bushed when it came on the car I broke which was a bonus and saved a bit of time and effort
Seeing as I plan on getting the subframe sand blasted and powder-coated I still had to remove the bushes so they didn't get damaged during the process.
The above was actually a tool we made up to remove bushes from landrover leaf springs but with the use of the correct size sockets worked perfectly for this too
After the main bushes were removed I attacked the rest with fire in the normal way
This worked a treat so I set about doing my front and rear lower arms at the same time, which i plan to get powder-coated at the same time and fit roll center correction ball joints to
This is some of the parts I have ready for powder coat or plating
Should keep me busy..
