I haven't hit it at all and haven't touched the subframe for months. I doubt it's anything to do with the subframe as it has collars fitted. I first noticed it felt odd yesterday on the way to cornwall. Nothing has come loose like the arb's or anything either

My constant work in progress 14a with added jdm'ness!!!

Today I finally got around to test fitting my SRBPower Z-edition rear lip I bought from the group buy. It's not a perfect fit and I will need to hand it over to a body shop to get it to sit right but I think it's going to look sweet

    Some pics:

Looking at these pics makes me realise how soft the standard shocks are. I didn't realise the wheels were actually still on the ground when I jacked it up

My constant work in progress 14a with added jdm'ness!!!

    Ha ha cheers Kev

For those that don't know we had a little south west mini meet today at Monkey magic's to have a go at fitting my new front brakes. Everything was going really well until somebody let me loose on the rear brake line unions and I managed to snap one of the standard hardlines Thankfully the bit I mangled was only about 6" long and after we spent ages searching through Martins vast stash of parts we realised that we could re-use one of the original hardlines from the front that we had replaced with new Hel braided lines

Want to say a big thank you to Martin (monkey magic) for all of his help today I wouldn't of stood a chance of doing this on my own

Anyway here are a few pics from today.

A pic of them fully fitted plus my badly curbed alloy

And while we were messing about with my brakes Martins mate was fitting his new Fmic around the front of the house, you can just make it out in the background

Cool pics Chris and no worries for the help today We'll sort the alignment arms out soon too and figure out what you want to do with the ball joint and steering joints

It was probably my fault for telling you to undo the hardline as you now know they are a PITA I'm still confused about the rear Hell lines having the wrong fixings, the fixing on the rears where they join the hardline were concaved when they should have been convexed Where did you get them, DB power? Give him a ring and explain it to him and see what he says

Yeah they are from db power. I'll give dan a message to see whats happening with them. The rest of the kit seemed pretty good tho

Forgot to mention about the front offside ball/steering joints being shot. Can't belive how much play their was in the hub

Will give you a shout sometime about the arms if your sure thats ok I think I may get some spare replacement bolts for them tho as I am bound to snap one

Don't forget to give me a shout if you need someone to help get that engine on the stand

Cheers mate. I think the problem is with the front ball/steering joints. The front hub is really quite loose I need to get it sorted asap

And yes he does have a few tyres
