They tried running more boost but it was pretty pointless apparently, it’s only a 2871r after all
Supercharger would be sweet on yours.

What time did you get? 14.5?
I was thinking of a bigger turbo but will see how it is now. Will look at the gearbox first I think.

Most seem to run mid 14’s, they are better in the corners than on the straights I’d say. I’m Hoping for mid 12’s now I think.

Been invited to display the car on GB-enterprises stand at jdm Combe this Saturday so thought I’d best give it a wash this time.
The car really needs some paint and a proper detail but it’s looking better than it had been

That power curve looks awesome mate! How does it drive compared to the map on the old ECU?
It looks to pull very well to the limiter, particularly considering it's a 2871
It drives completely different from before, the last map wasn't bad but th new ecu has really brought the car alive

Excellent! I'm pleased for you mate Makes all the hard work worth while. Is it much better off boost too then?
Haven't really paid too much attention to how it drives off boost tbh so I'd say it's similar to before.

Forgot to update this.
Took the car drag racing back in July which was great fun, was nice to actually use the car and hang out with some friends again
Few pics from the day
Made it home just as the car decided to dump all of its coolant on the drive
Not helpful.
After some investigation it became clear that one of my braided lines had failed so I dumped the car in the garage and forgot about it!
Today I finally decided I should sort the car.
Fitted some new hel braided water lines and a few hours later it was back on the road and seeing daylight for the first time in months
Offset game on the drive is strong currently

What time did you run at the pod?

Didn’t go to pod, this was a local airfield track which isn’t exactly grippy. Ran a 13.06 iirc but should be able to dip in to the 12’s I’d say.

Fun little cars aren’t they Started a thread on it but not put much info on there yet.

It’s basically a puma swapped zetec-s, tape ecu, rst lsd, 421 manifold, possibly cammed, st170 brakes all round, roll cage etc. Hoping to rolling road it soon but will want it to be about 150ish bhp. It’s on soft compound track tyres too so should be fun
What have you done to yours?

Posted on your other thread to save cluttering this one with non-Nissan related stuff, apologies
