Red top cams on black top??

I know there might be some difficulties with the VVT, but is it possible besides that?

I have a set of "stage 1" 256 degree cams on hand at a good price..

Yeah they work fine bar the VVT sprocket bolt, I think the VVT bolt is smaller than the redtop cam. VVT is M12 and Redtop is M14 if I recall

Don't bother with adaption

You would have to bore a hole down the cam to the oil pickup in the cam cap, and sleeve the NVCS sprocket allowing for the oil pickup.

It's possible BUT mega ball ache.
