thanks you apt!!! 371hp and 350ft lbs

all i can say is wow and thank you apt! the guys go the extra mile and always look after me like close friends more than mechanics!

left home at 9pm wednesday nite, arrived at 4am after a steady drive up only 280 miles couldn't get any sleep in the car so when my great mate mike left me on my own at 8am to go and collect his new s13 i waited for an hour for the guys at apt to arrive.

soon as they got there christian made me a lovely cuppa which i was desperate for!

roll on 5 hours and after being up for 27 hours i could do with a kip so checked into the bridge inn down the road for some rest! sleeped from 2 till 8 this morning with a break inbetween for some dinner! (great food btw)

got down to apt for about 10 an they were just finishing the mapping and a healthy power run at 1.3 produced an unexpected 350bhp, in the end we settled for 1.4 bar and 371 bhp at the fly and i was hoping for 340ish.

so all i can really say is APT rock and thank you guys!!!

p.s gary if you see this your more than welcome to come down and lend a hand on the bar on a saturday nite!

    FPMSL

Nice power at the wheels im hoping for 350 with the larger 2871 and a fair amount more work done to the engine

    I can but hope lol

All i know is im maxing the 555's out at.9bar so the 850's should see me right lol

    Glad you're pleased Tony.

    Remember, know your limits eh??!!

Vidal - 350ATW is alot to ask from a 2871R, even the 56 trim. Colwell's is the most powerful I know with the HKS GT-RS at just over 400ATF, can't remember what that was at the wheels, but was possibly 340-350ATW I would imagine. I can't see any more power with 2000cc.

I noticed a lot more det being flagged on the KS3 when i pushed the blow from 1.3 bar to 1.5 bar as well, have to take out a lot of ignition to keep it under control. Dont really think its the best way forward though, lower blow might do the job better....
