I wouldnt call an MX5 or a Scooby inspirational Actually most are old jap rust boxes. Old boxy looking jap cars look ugly imo.

So how is the 787 inspirational? Does it inspire you to create a Le-Mans replica? Or perhaps the R390 inspires you to create a failed supercar?

    And, my current favourite:

    Oh, and this one:

^^ Oh yes of course lets bring the stereotypes into it.

Having driven an MX-5 today I can safely say that the driving experience over-rides everything else and the people that own one are clearly one step ahead of everyone else

Certainly does, I had to hang up my chest hair and medallion of SX ownership a couple of years ago.

Besides, you've missed my point. The 787 is iconic, but hardly inspirational. How the hell would it inspire you? To become a Le Mans driver maybe, or to paint your car in a shit colour, but other than that, there's nothing on it that I could point to and say ''yeah, I'd like to do that to my car''.

I was going to post that too, he recently put up a thread on wheel whores. He's also directed me to a cheap rear bumper ''part'' (sssh for now ), so top bloke IMO too.

Haha maybe later on as a second car, I couldn't have it as my main though and strangely I preferred the MR2 I drove afterwards
